How long does delivery take?
Germany & Austria: 3–5 business days · EU-wide: 5–8 business days · Switzerland & UK: 7–10 business days. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. Orders received by 2:00 p.m. will be processed and shipped the same business day.
How much does shipping cost? Where do you ship to?
Free standard shipping on all orders of €50 or more. For orders under €50, the flat-rate shipping fee is €4.90. We ship to all EU countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and select countries worldwide. If you can enter your address at checkout, we’ll ship to you.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment online at any time directly through the shipping carrier. If you have any questions about the shipping status, please contact us at support@dermaroot.com.

We stand fully behind the effectiveness of our products. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with no strings attached. If you don’t see visible results after 30 days of regular use, we’ll refund the full purchase price. Just email us at support@dermaroot.com — we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
How does the return process work?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Email us at support@dermaroot.com with your order number. We’ll send you a free return label. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return, via your original payment method.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and completely secure. We do not store any payment information.

What skin types are your products suitable for?
All DERMAROOT® products are formulated for all skin types—oily skin, combination skin, normal skin, and sensitive skin. The BHA + Niacinamide Serum is particularly effective for oily skin, clogged pores, and blackheads. For very sensitive skin, we recommend starting with one application per day and gradually increasing the frequency.
How do I use the BHA + niacinamide serum correctly?
Apply the serum to clean, dry skin in the morning and evening. Gently massage in 2–3 drops and allow it to absorb completely. Then apply moisturizer. Use sunscreen with SPF 30+ during the day. During the first 1–2 weeks, your skin may go through a brief adjustment period—this is normal and a sign that the product is working.
Can I use DERMAROOT® with other skincare products?
Yes. Do not use simultaneously: Do not use BHA serum together with other acids (AHAs, retinol)—use them alternately or split their application between morning and evening. Works well in combination with: cleanser, sunscreen, moisturizer. Our recommended regimen—serum + moisturizer + liver capsules—is optimized for use together.
When can I expect to see the first results?
Most customers report visibly refined pores and reduced shine after just 7–14 days. Full results are visible after 4–6 weeks. For long-lasting results, we recommend combining this product with the liver detox capsules starting in the second month.

Are your products vegan and not tested on animals?
Yes. All DERMAROOT® products are 100% vegan and are not tested on animals. We use only plant-based and synthetically produced ingredients that are sourced ethically and sustainably.
Why BHA (salicylic acid)—and not other acids?
Salicylic acid is the only acid that is oil-soluble and can therefore penetrate deep into the pores. Unlike AHAs, BHAs work from the inside out—they dissolve excess oil and dead skin cells directly within the pore. Combined with niacinamide, they form the most effective daily pore-care duo. Peer-reviewed study (Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, 2025): Salicylic acid + niacinamide delivers faster visible results than pore strips alone.
Does the serum also help with acne and blemishes?
Yes. Salicylic acid is one of the most extensively studied ingredients for treating acne and skin blemishes. It clears out clogged pores that cause blackheads and acne. Niacinamide reduces redness and regulates sebum production. For stubborn acne, we also recommend the liver detox capsules.
