How long does the delivery take?
Germany & Austria: 3–5 working days · EU-wide: 5–8 working days · Switzerland & UK: 7–10 working days. Express shipping (1–2 working days) is available at checkout. Orders placed by 2 PM are processed and shipped on the same working day.
How much is shipping? Where do you deliver to?
Free standard shipping on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, a flat shipping rate of €4.90 applies. We ship to all EU countries, Switzerland, the UK, and selected countries worldwide. If you can enter your address at checkout, we will deliver to you.
How can I track my order?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Email us at support@dermaroot.com with your order number. We'll send you a free return label. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of the return being received.

Für welche Hauttypen sind Ihre Produkte geeignet?
Alle DERMAROOT® Produkte sind für alle Hauttypen entwickelt — fettige Haut, Mischhaut, normale Haut und empfindliche Haut. Das BHA + Niacinamid-Serum ist besonders wirksam bei fettiger Haut, verstopften Poren und Mitessern. Bei sehr empfindlicher Haut empfehlen wir, mit einer Anwendung täglich zu beginnen und die Häufigkeit schrittweise zu steigern.
Wie verwende ich das BHA + Niacinamid-Serum richtig?
Trage das Serum morgens und abends auf die gereinigte, trockene Haut auf. 2–3 Tropfen sanft einmassieren und vollständig einziehen lassen. Anschließend Feuchtigkeitscreme auftragen. Tagsüber Sonnenschutz mit LSF 30+ verwenden. In den ersten 1–2 Wochen kann eine kurze Hautanpassungsphase auftreten — das ist normal und ein Zeichen, dass das Produkt wirkt.
Can I combine DERMAROOT® with other skincare products?
Ja. Nicht gleichzeitig anwenden: BHA-Serum nicht zusammen mit anderen Säuren (AHA, Retinol) – abwechselnd oder morgens/abends aufgeteilt verwenden. Gut kombinierbar: Reiniger, Sonnenschutz, Feuchtigkeitscreme. Unser empfohlenes System – Serum + Feuchtigkeitscreme + Leberkapseln – ist für die gemeinsame Anwendung optimiert.
When can I expect initial results?

Peer-reviewed study (Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, 2025): Salicylic acid + niacinamide delivers faster visible results than pore strips alone.
Does the serum also work against acne and blemishes?
